The list below are requirements for dancers to participate in ADT.

1. Registration and medical authorization forms must be completed online, or printed to fill out by hand and turned in to the ADT mailbox at Krupinski Academy of Dance. You can find this form under Forms.
2. Annual Membership Dues must be paid before first rehearsal date. Information can be found under Dues.
3. Authorization and Release form must be printed, filled out and signed in front of a notary. This form needs to be turned in to the ADT mailbox at Krupinski Academy of Dance. You can find this form under Forms.
4. At least one program ad must be sold and information submitted by December, or an ad buyout completed by the end of October. More information can be found under Program Ads.
5. Each dancer must have an adult represent them by acting as a volunteer twice for the show or during the show weekend. More information can be found under Volunteer Opportunities.
6. All dancers are required to stay after the final performance to strike the set and dressing rooms until all work is completed and they have been released by ADT Staff.
